Big Moe, whose 2002 album reached No. 3 on the Billboard’s hip hop chart, was a member of the late DJ Screw's -Screwed Up Click. DJ Screw also died of a heart attack in 2000 after a reported overdose of codeine-laced cough syrup. Other members who have died are Big Hawk, who was shot to death last year, and his brother Fat Pat, killed in 1998. RIP Big Moe was a rapper but often graced his rap with his singing abilities. In his songs, he often sang about the drug (syrup). Despite everything, Big Moe was a great influence and inspiration to many. Big Moe was loved by many and a great person.
